1. Organizer The raffle is organized by ArtPista.shop (official company name and business ID if necessary).

2. Draw date The draw is valid from 1 December 2025 at 00:00 – 14 December 2025 at 23:59.

3. Participation You can participate in the raffle by commenting on the raffle post on Facebook and/or by filling out the form at ArtPista.shop. Participation is free and no purchase is required.

4. Prize The prize is one (1) €150 gift card for the ArtPista.shop online store. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the winner's announcement.

5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be randomly drawn from all participants on December 15, 2025. The winner will be notified personally by email or private message on Facebook. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

6. Processing of personal data The information provided by participants will only be used to implement the prize draw. The information will be processed in accordance with data protection legislation.
