The product is carefully inspected before shipment and a photograph is taken during packaging. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, as the product is shipped intact and properly documented.
The product can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Right of return Within the EU and the Nordic countries, the customer has a 14-day right of return. Returns are free in the Nordic countries. Elsewhere, return costs are a maximum of €120. Returns must be notified by email (info@artpista.com).
